KATY JUMPS RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTRACT
Terms of Lease: This document affects your legal rights. You must read and understand it before initialing and signing.
The rental fee as stated above is payable in advance from time of commencement, start time to end time. Once the unit(s) is set up, under no circumstances will there be a refund.
DELIVERY: To the street address specified above by the Lessee (customer). Lessee grants Katy Jumps the right to enter the property at the said street address for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the Katy Jumps unit(s) at the specified time. Please allow a 1-3 hour window for pick up of equipment. Customer is responsible for all equipment until a Katy Jumps employee picks it up.
GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW DURING USE OF THE KATY JUMPS UNIT(S): Please see Rules Sheet as provided.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Katy Jumps Unit(s) and equipment is reliable, should the Katy Jumps unit(s) begin to deflate:
1.The blower motor may have stopped, in which case, check the extension cord connection at the outlet near the motor, and remember to keep only the 100 ft. extension cord on the outlet specified by a Katy Jumps employee.
2.If the motor is still not running, check the air intake on the side of the motor for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the unit(s) for snugness. Retie if necessary.
3.If you cannot correct the problem, please call Katy Jumps at 281-395-5867 (281-395-JUMP)
ALTERATIONS AND ATTACHMENTS: NO alterations in or attachments to the Katy Jumps unit(s) will be made without prior written approval from Katy Jumps.
MAINTENANCE: Lessee agrees to keep the Katy Jumps unit(s)in the same condition as when it was received. Any additional damage not due to normal wear and tear will be subject to a repair cost, which Lessee will be responsible for paying.
NEGLIGENCE OR ABUSE TO UNIT(S): Lessee agrees to be responsible for ANY damages to the Katy Jumps rental equipment. If damage is incurred while the equipment is in the possession of the Lessee. Damage fees may vary, but are estimated here:
$50-$100 for cleaning fees and/or $200-$500 for repairs to unit(s) and/or $2,000 if the unit is not repairable and need to be replaced.
TITLE TO KATY JUMPS UNIT(S): Lessee agrees to keep the Katy Jumps unit(s) in his/her custody and not to sublease, rent, sell, remove from the delivery address, or otherwise transfer such Katy Jumps unit(s). The Katy Jumps unit(s) will remain the property of Katy Jumps and may be removed at any time after the termination of this rental agreement. If it is determined by Katy Jumps that the equipment is not being operated properly in the line with the terms of this agreement, as stated on the rules and regulations sheet, then the time of pick up or return is void, and all equipment is immediately due bac to Katy Jumps.
RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e: rain, high winds, lightning, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping the reservation or rescheduling. If you decide to keep the unit(s) for the term of this agreement, there will be no refunds once the unit is set up.

SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about the fully understands the safe operation of the Katy Jumps unit(s) that is the subject of this rental agreement. Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions stated on the Katy Jumps Rules and Regulations Sheet. At no time should the unit(s) be unattended. Lessee also represents and warrants the safe return of the Katy Jumps unit(s) and hereby agrees to pay $2,000(per moonwalk) $4,000(per water unit) if not returned.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: I understand and acknowledge that the activity which I am about to voluntary engage in is as a participant and/or volunteers bear third parties. I, being aware that this activity entails risk or injuries to me and a risk of injury to spectators or third parties as a result of my actions, expressly agree covenant and promise to accept all responsibility and risk for injury, death, illness, disease, or damage to myself or to my property arising from participation in this activity. I also agree to pay for any damages caused to others (including attorneys fees and costs) if they are injured or otherwise damaged due to any negligent actions. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary; no one is forcing me to participate and I elect to participate in spite of known and unknown risk(s).
RELEASE: In consideration of these service and/or property provided, I, for myself and any minor children for which I am the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise responsible, any heirs, personal representative, or assigns, to herby release Katy Jumps, its principals, directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any liability and waive any claim for damages and/or injuries arising from any cause whatsoever. I further agree to reimburse for all attorneys fees and costs should I bring legal action against Katy Jumps and lose.
ENTIRE AGEEMENT: The rental agreement constitutes the full agreement between Katy Jumps and Lessee (listed above and signed below). Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the Katy Jumps unit(s) that is the subject of this Rental Agreement is in good working order and repair and this is so acknowledged by Lessee. Lessor: Katy Jumps
This rental is with the understanding that the rentee will follow the law and the CDC guidelines.
